Equity is not the end goal, and I would say, maybe even justice is not the end goal. It’s not just that we’re trying to provide for people’s resources by need now, which is equity, or justice would say, we’re also going to provide and redress all the years we weren’t providing for your needs. But I think RISE has it right: if we work in a caring sector, we should judge the success of our initiatives by how much we share love in our work place, which is something I never hear, which I think, of the rare things that give me hope, I think I could say that does.
